Foundation Crack repair

Our experienced and skilled technicians know that a basement with a leaking wall crack is harmful to your home. Generally, this is caused by concrete shrinkage, foundation movement, or hydrostatic pressure pushing the walls in. Soil contraction and expansion can cause further foundation cracks and separation. Thus, giving your home a sizeable crack in the foundation wall. Once a crack is in the wall, multiple issues can occur. These issues could include water intrusion, mold and mildew, and pest infestation.

Epoxy injection is the pressurized injection of liquid epoxy resin into and completely sealing an interior foundation wall crack. We begin this process by cleaning the wall of any debris that will prevent the crack from sealing. The epoxy is then applied and injected into the wall crack. The repair of the wall crack will help return the structural integrity of the foundation and stop any further water penetration. Epoxy injection alone will not stop the inward movement from soil and groundwater pressure on your foundation walls, or further cracking. Other measures may need to be taken in order to prevent further damage to your walls.
